Yo, Alessandro is a real treasure! He treated us like family, giving us local tips while we sipped espresso by the canal. The view from our room? Fine! Breakfast was great, with these nice little touches. Totally can't wait to do it all over again!

Charming place in the heart of Venice. Gorgeous room and quiet with a balcony overlooking the water. Magnificent and unbeatable location close to everything, easy to get around. Based near Dorsoduro on the other side of the canal, the city center of Venice and San Marci square.

The hotel was in a very central location close to Piazza San Marco. Besides, we were not far from the centre of Venice, Venice and the city center of Venice.

The location is lovely, but i expected better treatment for my 3-night stay. Imagine my shock when items went missing during cleaning. The upstairs guests made it hard to sleep with all their noise, and still, no upgrade was offered. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't!

stunningly beautiful hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. everyone was fabulously friendly and very amiable as well as host. the breakfast available was inclusive and delicious with fruits, latte plus excellent coffee. everything was simply amazing.

Had absolutely gorgeous suite with the balcony and comfortable bed, as for instance. The staff were constantly fantastically friendly.

The charming attention to detail in the beautifully decorated room, combined with the excellent breakfast prepared by our lovely host Alessandro, made each morning special. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from St Mark's Square, and I felt completely at home.

Request a room with a canal view for amazing scenery and morning tranquility. It added a charming aspect to my stay.

Check-in process felt a bit chaotic!!! A clearer guide to the common areas would help future guests feel more at home!!! The shower pressure left much to be desired!!! Some minor maintenance could enhance the stay.

I've visited venice before, but this time really was great with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely breakfast. I loved the fantastic location overlooking the canal and the helpfulness of alessandro made everything even better!

The location was perfect, just a minute from the water bus and steps away from high-end shopping. My room with the canal view exceeded my expectations.

only downside was some noise from the canal but it was worth it for the view. breakfast was beautifully displayed with a great selection. room was stylish and very clean. alessandro made us feel super welcome and was always ready to assist.

Good experience in a beautifully furnished two-bedroom B&B with a great location, minutes from major attractions. The cozy room came with a lovely canal view, ideal for unwinding after exploring. Breakfast featured fresh flowers and organic jams. Occasional noise from the canal could be a distraction at night, and managing check-in times with luggage felt a bit inconvenient.
